Contribution to the Organization
Throughout my teaching career, I have attended multiple professional developments, One of the professional development I attended was the Fundation program. Which helps me a lot to improve my teaching skills. By Attending this program I was able to help my students make great strides in their letter recognition.
Below you will see how I contributed to my organization by creating the school yearbook.
Being a member of the school Graduation team, I was in charge of making a sample of a Yearbook, and create Yearbook for my students and parents and helping create a Powerpoint presentation for parents so that they enjoy the presentation at home. In this Yearbook, I have highlighted the student's activities, work, and trips that students went on. This Yearbook allows students and parents to see a glimpse of the events, activities and performances throughout the school year their kids participated.

Students engagement at Multicultural Show
I have used Google classroom as a means of communication with my parents, and have found it is an extremely effective platform. Not only am I able to directly message parents when needed easily, but I also share daily photos and videos of what is happening inside the classroom. Following are some pictures that parents shared with me during the google classroom activity. Check out the photos below I have shared! The parents were actively engaged in helping their kids. It makes for such a great culture and classroom environment. The parents often interact with each other on google classroom as well!
