Below you will find my MOTP rating for the 2019-2021 school year.

You will notice I have maintained effective and highly effective ratings throughout my teaching career. I have also made great strides in engaging students in class ]using questioning and discussion, and using assessment in my instruction.

3C. Engaging students in learning

• For example, one of my goals is to improve students' engage in learning. In my most recent observation, I received effective. Beginning of the year I received on section 3C is developing, but toward the end of the year, I was able to improve and received effective. I was able to demonstrate this because I was able to challenge and support my students based on their individual needs. The activities I was provided were based on their levels. I will continue to seek knowledge about my students to support them better and improve my practice.

3D. Using assessment in instruction

• Another major goal has been improving upon my assessment in instruction. Assessment is a key element of teaching because it allows me to gain useful information on how to better support my students and improve my teaching methods. Using appropriate assessment strategies and techniques I was able to understand better my students' individual needs.
