Gravity Chain
This chain and wreaking ball are in an animation where the gravity has effect on the object (This is when Physics controls the animation and you just have to set it up the way you want) via adding a rigid body to the cubes platform and chain. You have to make the floor passive so it won't move and so that the cubs won't fall through it, you also have to make the cubes and chain active so they can move freely and collide with each other to make the Ball & Chain hit the Cubes so they go everywhere. This is 250 frames of animation which is 10 seconds, it is really easy to do gravity physics in Blender.
Soft Body Physics
These spheres instead of being solid like the chain and ball I made, are made soft and flexible and can be deformed when other objects interact with them and also have a lot of faces because the higher amount of faces you have on any soft body object the more realistic it looks. I started by adding collisions to the non-moving objects (giving them rigid bodies and the making them passive) then adding a soft body to the spheres then adjusting them so they will act like a squishy ball then I also added the rings, a slope, and cup and some spikes so you can see what soft bodies look and behave like.
Water Physics
This liquid here pouring from the hose is another physics animation. Here the water is able to fill the cup and overflow a little. this is because I had to burn the result (Which means it animates the water filling the cup for the 250 frames and then hard locking it so you cannot change anything about it unless you bake it again) so the computer didn't crash. I took a sphere and added a quick liquid so I could flow infintly and fill up the cup that I had made until the 250 frames where up. A more detailed and better explanation can be found on the YouTube video in the Tutorial Links tab.
Marble Run
This marble run was made in a similar way that the Gravity chain was made with rigid bodies with passive and active modes. (more info about it on the Gravity Chain page) I made a tube from a line from a cube then I make faces and vertices until I had a tube. (more can be found on the video) I then just added a normal sphere mesh into the sence as the marble. I then made the Mable Active and the Marble run passive, I also made it so the Marble would be able to go through the mesh by changing the collitions from the default to the mesh. I then made a nice catch box for the marble at the end of the Animation. Unlike the other 3 animations that has 250 frames this one had 700 frames so I could capture the whole thing.
