BIOGRAPHY
I am an emerging scholar from Bangladesh specializing in Educational Leadership, passionate about creating inclusive and transformative educational environments by integrating technology, pedagogy, and social-emotional learning. I am currently pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and School Improvement at BRAC University. My work focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to enhance teacher professional learning, strengthen instructional capacity, and promote equitable, innovative learning environments.
As a Leadership Fellow at Teach For Bangladesh, I have designed over 332 technology-enhanced lessons, impacting more than 1800 students and 3,000 community members through initiatives such as Dreams Revived and Project Horizon. These projects advanced digital literacy, career awareness, and community engagement, empowering learners with critical thinking and resilience.
