Band Camp Meals are available to purchase in advance only.
Form and payment must be submitted by July 21st, 2025.
Meals will only be ordered for students who have paid and submitted form.
There will not be extra meals made available.
Students are able to bring their own meal. There will be a refrigerator made available for students to store food/snacks for the day.
For safety reasons, students are not allowed to leave campus during Band Camp.
We NEED volunteers to help serve dinner during Band Camp! Please consider signing up on the link below! It's a great way to see what the students are doing and meet the other band parents!
Band Camp
“Healthy” Snacks are needed throughout the week to keep the students energized.
Each member of the sections listed below, please bring a pack of at least 12-15 individually wrapped snacks to share with everyone.

Would you like to help out during Band Camp week?
Come meet other band parents who are part of our Marching Band Family!!!
We need parents
to help serve the kids during dinner and help organize the uniform room.
Dinner service is between 3-5. Help set up drinks and food and then pack away for the next day. Students will take turns by section cleaning and throwing trash away.
Organizing the uniform room will take place between 5pm-8:30pm. If you are able to help out any time between those times, we would love to have you! When signing up please note in the "My Comment" section what time you are able to help out.
