Color guard is a non-musical section of marching band that adds visual interest to the performance. Color guard members use choreographed movements and equipment like flags, sabers, and rifles to interpret the music and enhance the marching band's overall visual effect. In the winter/spring seasons, Color Guard separates from the band and performs on their own, competing against other teams. Color guard teams can be found in many places, including high schools, colleges, universities, and independent drum corps.
Our Color Guard has had the amazing privilege to travel around the state, competing against other incredibly talented guards. We have learned so much from these experiences, and intend to continue our growth for years to come.
Our program is full of so many incredible personalities, who all work together to form a family. We utilize our shared passion for the sport, as well as our individual skills to perform our shows to the fullest.
