Challenge:
The manager requested an updated framework and overall design for the leadership training course. I reviewed the existing content and created a mind map to reorganize it. I then streamlined the flow to make the training more concise so learners remain engaged and interested throughout, and updated all assets for consistency.
Utilized AI assistance for:
Building custom clip art (see carousel on the left) that adheres to company branding and preserves a consistent look and feel through precise prompt engineering
Analyzing the original training and creating an updated, concise, and sequential mind map
Creating audio files for learners who prefer an audio, podcast-style format for explainers or refreshers

Mind Map Creation:
The Leadership Training consisted of a PowerPoint deck with over 100 slides.
The manager wanted it to be more "interactive" and "engaging," with additional content such as KPIs and Public Speaking.
Left/Before: The materials were reviewed and mapped in their existing order and sequence.

The content was unorganized.
Right/After: By utilizing AI as an assistant to assess the content against the desired goals and time frame, an organized, redesigned framework emerged.
This was then reviewed with human oversight to refine the sequence, content, and alignment with business objectives.
