This was the first item I made in solid works. The process needed me to make a circle, make multiple hole in the circle, extrude, and evenly duplicate. finally I put the last touches and put my name into it.
this is lesson 1 of solid works, This item required me to do some of the things That I did for the introduction. This is just the 1 out of 2 parts for an assembly. This part was pretty easy to make and relatively was the same process of making the last one besides having to make it a shell.
This is the second part used for the assembly and was pretty easy to make. The only challenge being making the ledge on the sides which was a new process to do.
finally lesson 3, this is putting the 2 parts together in an assembly and mating them to stay together or just have some parts together to make it look like it open and close and more.

Part 2

Part 4
Part 5
Part 6
Part 7
All of the seven parts you see above was put together in a assembly to make this cube.
I remade each part but, this time it is perfect with no gaps.
This is how the part slowly got developed as I went through the solid works tutorial "Fillets".
This part is from the Soildworks tutorial "Revolves and Sweeps".
Here is my progress of the solid works tutorial "Loft".
First I took a real bat then I measured important parts (where there is big change in diameter). After that was done I moved that into solid works as planes and put circles that matched the diameter at that point on the bat onto the planes. Then I used the "Loft" in solid works to combine the circles.
Here is the bat I used for the measurements.
This is the mouse gestures tutorial in solidworks. The point of this tutorial is to customize and open the mouse gestures(first two images/gifs). The next thing it wanted me to do is make this rectangle with a hole while mostly using the mouse gestures.
I made this box using as much mouse gestures as I could, it took sometime to get used to it and remember where each thing is on the mouse gesture wheel. Once I figured all of that out it made me faster at building the shape needed. Currently I changed all of the mouse gestures to make this shape(fillets, extrude, circle, rectangle, and smart dim) but, in the future I would rather put things on there that I use more often. For example I would probably move out the rectangle due to me not using it as much. Instead I would rather put something like sketch that I use a whole lot more.
