I specialise in Unreal Engine (with Blueprint), but have some experience in Unity (with C#) and Hammer editor. I also do some video editing when I have free time!
Ever since I was a kid, I've had a passion for videogames! I've grown up with gaming, following the industry as a whole as it grew alongside me, and eventually I realised that I wanted to be able to make experiences much like the ones I loved so much.
I like to keep things goofy and fun, both in the projects I make and the way I make them - having crazy ideas and throwing them into an engine to see how it works is my thing! I currently have the most experience in Unreal Engine 5 using Blueprint, but I also have some experience with Unity and C# - however, I'm looking to make the switch to another C# engine soon if I get the time. I also have some intermediate skills with Hammer editor.
I've just finished my Games Design Master's course at the University of Staffordshire! For the near future, I'll be looking for work and developing a potential indie project on the side.

What is your favourite game? What's the first game you played?
My favourite game of all time has to be Destiny (2014) - I grew up with it, and even 10 years later it holds a very soft spot. For those wondering, my favourite raid is Wrath of the Machine - please bring it back, Bungie!
As for the first game I ever played, it was probably Lego Batman on the Nintendo Wii.
What is your dream project?
To be honest, I'm not too sure! I have a lot of ideas that I've workshopped with friends, including a Soulslike focusing on ranged combat, a co-op ant mining / excavation game and a co-op horde shooter inspired by Appalachian myths and eldritch horror. Whenever I get the free time, I'm going to try to get at least one of these concepts in-engine.
What's most important to you when it comes to producing a game?
The main priority to me is making the game fun, both to make and to play - If you're hating the process of making the project, that will definitely carry over into its quality, and will therefore make it less fun for whoever's playing it.
Also, I believe it's way more important to make a game that respects your time and money than to try to maximise earnings - If people feel that your game is fun then they'll put more hours into it over time while still being able to take breaks when they want to. However, if they play a game that has a massive grind with the fear of missing out on content if they aren't playing all the time, then they're way more likely to not enjoy the game as much and eventually burn out of the game entirely.
