Pictured left is "Letter to my childhood self," one of many self-portraits done in my Mixed Media Painting class. 

Each week, we had to submit a new self-portrait with new guidelines. This forced us to explore identity in new ways while experimenting with materials and pushing us out of our comfort zone. Some had to be done in a mirror, some had to be from memory. Our professor dictated which materials we were allowed to use each week. See more below.
