Registration & Payment 

Registration Guidelines

Please complete your registration by entering the required information in the online registration and payment system and submitting the form.

Payment methods are the same as last year and include online credit card payment, convenience store payment, postal transfer, and bank transfer. Please follow the instructions provided on the website to complete your payment.

If you are unable to use the system, registration by e-mail or fax is accepted. In such cases, please send the following information to the contact address listed at the bottom of this page:

• Name

• Contact information (affiliation, address, telephone, fax, e-mail)

• Membership category (JAAST: regular, student, corporate; co-organizing/supporting societies: member [regular/student] or non-member [general/student])

• Payment details

• Total amount

• Planned date of payment

• Whether an invoice is required

Early Registration and Payment Deadline: July 3, 2026 (Friday) Strictly enforced

If payment is not confirmed by this date, the registration fee will be charged at the regular rate.

Cash payments will not be accepted at the venue.  Please make your payment using the online system. Please note that payments are non-refundable.

* On-site registration is available by credit card only.
