The 43rd Annual Meeting and Symposium on Aerosol Science & Technology will be held from August 26 (Wednesday) to August 28 (Friday), 2026, at Kanazawa University in Kanazawa, Ishikawa, Japan.

This conference aims to provide a valuable forum for researchers and engineers engaged in aerosol science and technology to exchange ideas and share the latest research findings. We warmly invite you to submit your work and participate in the conference.

As in previous years, the conference will feature general presentations (oral and poster presentations, including those eligible for the Young Presentation Award) as well as special sessions (Iinoya Award). In addition, a Short Course and the Early-Career Researchers Forum are scheduled to be held on the day preceding the conference, August 25 (Tuesday).

We will continue our collaborative initiative encouraging authors to submit full papers to the society journal Aerosol Research. The electronic version of the abstract proceedings (available for web download) will also be provided.

Furthermore, an international joint symposium with Japan, Korea(KAPAR), and Taiwan (TAAR/TSAM) is planned under the theme:

“Aerosols × AI: Science & Engineering for Air Quality and Health.”

In conjunction with this symposium, a special issue titled “Aerosols & AI: Data-Driven Advances in Air Quality and Health across Japan, Korea, and Taiwan” is being organized in Aerosol and Air Quality Research (AAQR).
