Open to classes and out-of-school groups from Kindergarten through age 25, programs can be teacher- or volunteer-led, vary in length, and focus on at least one of the following: money skills, job skills, or entrepreneurship.
Exclusive to economics and personal finance classes, high school students practice financial literacy skills before completing a budgeting simulation at JA Finance Park alongside community volunteers.
High school students learn work-readiness skills before visiting a local company as a class. Students participate in a workplace tour, ethical dilemma discussions, and get the chance to interview employees.
High school students act as CEO of a cell phone company in this immersive, online, multiplayer game, focusing on strategic budgeting decisions. Extra sessions include a deep dive into marketing, R&D, production, and corporate social responsibility.
High school students receive training around leadership, teamwork, and classroom management before leading JA programs in elementary school classrooms for a day. It's a win-win-win kind of experience!
