This year, the CPL program has moved to a continuous 1 year cycle. This may be effective for me moving forward because much of my continuous professional learning has returned to the knowledge that children learn through relationships. I look forward to recognizing how relationships are interconnected with other learning topics related to pedagogy and best practice.
