Welcome to my Continuous Professional Learning Journey as a Registered Early Childhood Educator in Ontario. My name is Izabel Esnard and I graduated from the Algonquin College Early Childhood Education program in 2018. Since graduating, I have kept up to date on current research and trends to ensure I follow best practice at all times when working in the profession. I currently work as a Casual Early Childhood Educator with the Ottawa Catholic School Board in Full Day Kindergarten while extending my studies as a Teacher Candidate in the Bachelor of Education program at the University of Ottawa.
