Registration:

Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered by the early bird registration deadline for either in-person or virtual attendance.

In-person registration fees include coffee and tea breaks during all four days, lunch on the main conference days, the reception on Tuesday evening 2/21 and the banquet and cultural activity on Wednesday evening 2/22.

Refunds on cancellations and requests for onsite-to-virtual changes will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and dependent on the overall financial health of the conference.
