Our research benefits from the state-of-the-art infrastructure at Indian Institute of Technology Dharwad, including access to a well-established experimental animal facility for in vivo studies and advanced central research facilities. These include high-end instrumentation such as Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), Atomic Force Microscopy, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), and High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters that support large-scale data analysis and computational modeling . We also have access to high-resolution mass spectrometry platforms for metabolomics and proteomics, enabling deep molecular profiling. Within our labs, we are equipped with specialized platforms for vascular biology research, including flow-based systems, endothelial barrier assays (ECIS), advanced imaging systems, and molecular and cell biology tools. Together, these facilities provide a comprehensive and cutting-edge environment to study vascular biology, metabolism, and disease mechanisms at multiple scales.
