He earned his Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Biological Science from Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology, completed his Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Administration and Supervision at Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University, and has likewise completed the academic requirements for the Doctor of Education degree in the same institution.
With professional experience across junior high school, senior high school, and higher education, he has handled Biology, Environmental Science, Science, Technology and Society (STS), Assessment in Learning, and Research—grounding his scholarly work in both scientific inquiry and educational practice.
As a published researcher, Mr. Bais contributes to scholarly discussions in educational innovation, technology integration, inclusive education, and instructional leadership. His research portfolio demonstrates sustained engagement in knowledge production and evidence-based educational development.

She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Language Teaching and Master of Arts in Education major in Language Studies from Western Mindanao State University. She completed her Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English at Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
With professional experience in graduate education, she has served as a research adviser and panel member for numerous theses and dissertations, grounding her scholarly work in both mentorship and academic rigor.
As a published researcher, Dr. Maghanoy contributes to scholarly discussions in language teaching, ESL/EFL education, ICT integration, phonological awareness, and equitable classroom practices. Her research portfolio reflects sustained engagement in knowledge production and evidence-based educational development.

The International Journal of Research on Multidisciplinary Studies proudly introduces its Executive Editor and Associate Subject Editor, Dr. Jean Paolo G. Lacap, a globally recognized expert in business education, research, and statistical analysis.
He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration (PhD BA) from University of the Visayas, and his Doctor of Business Management (DBM) from Philippine Women's University. He completed his MBA at Angeles University Foundation, and his BA in Economics at University of the Philippines.
Dr. Lacap has been recognized with numerous awards, including the 2022 Outstanding Fernandino Award (TOFA) for Education, 2018 Research Productivity Award (PARSSU), 2016 Outstanding Business Educator in Entrepreneurship, and the 2014 Young Achiever Award in Business Education (PCDEB). He is a Diplomate in Business Education (DBE), Registered Marketing Professional (RMP), Accredited Marketing Educator (AMEd), and Registered Business Educator (RBE).
A seasoned lecturer and speaker, he has taught and delivered trainings in the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Oman, UAE, Pakistan, and Uzbekistan on Statistics, Research Methods, Marketing, Strategic Management, Economics, Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship.
Dr. Lacap has published 58 research papers, 23 of which are in high-impact Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals. He is the only Filipino researcher on the Editorial Advisory Board of Young Consumers (Emerald Publishing, Q1) and one of six WarpPLS experts worldwide.
He also serves as President of the Pampanga Research Educators Organization (PREO) and the Association of Local Colleges and Universities Region III – Research Council, and is a regular member of the National Research Council of the Philippines – Social Science Division.
