JONARD LEE L. COSTODIO, LPT
Mr. Custodio is a Teacher I at the Department of Education, Curuan District (Buenavista Integrated School). He is a Bachelor of Secondary Education graduate major in English, a former SHS Language Instructor at STI for two years, an experienced ESL teacher, and a university English Language Lecturer for five years. He is also a certificate holder of TEFL and TESOL, has attended numerous seminars in the field, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in English at the Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
A goal-oriented visionary, Mr. Custodio is dedicated to pursuing excellence and crafting a brighter future for his students and himself. Ms. Barcelona is a Teacher I at Buenavista Integrated School under DepEd–SDO Zamboanga City, where she is currently handling SNED learners. CHURCHEL E. GLODOVE, LPT, MAEd
Mr. Glodove is a public school teacher in Zamboanga City under the Department of Education, currently assigned at Ayala Central School as Teacher III. He graduated with a MAEd degree and an Outstanding Teacher awardee at the Region level, recognized among educators across the entire region for his excellence and dedication to teaching.
He is actively involved in district-level academic initiatives, particularly in Mathematics and GMRC, serving as a Math Focal Person and Coordinator. His academic interests include instructional design, values integration in the early grades, and research-based strategies to enhance learners’ numeracy and higher-order thinking skills.

ANNA ZHIER JAPON
Ms. Japon is a Cum Laude graduate and a Licensed Professional Teacher who passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers in one take. She is a newly hired professional educator with solid teaching experience as a DepEd substitute teacher, having served six consecutive teaching assignments in both Junior and Senior High School levels.
In addition to her formal teaching roles, Ms. Japon has worked as a private tutor in reading, science, and mathematics, further strengthening her instructional skills and learner-focused approach. Known for her passion for teaching, she is a modern educator who integrates innovative and contemporary teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and promote meaningful learning outcomes.

CHESTER M. LUCIANO, LPT, MAEd, EdD-CAR
Mr. Luciano is an educator and academic practitioner with a strong focus on basic education, curriculum development, and language and numeracy instruction. He has extensive experience in creating instructional materials, worksheets, assessments, and learning activities aligned with elementary-level competencies, particularly for Grades 3 to 5.
Beyond the classroom, Dr. Luciano is actively involved in educational research and planning. He contributes to institutional development through strategic planning and budgeting initiatives within public school systems, emphasizing equity, needs-based resource allocation, and long-term school improvement.

ARNOLD RYAN U. MERCADO, MAED, MCE, lPT
Sir AR is a Senior High School Teacher at the Department of Education – City Schools Division of Antipolo, Rizal. He earned his Master of Education major in Science Education from Far Eastern University–Roosevelt and is currently pursuing his Doctorate Degree in Philosophy in Science Education at the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.
Beyond the classroom, Sir AR is a researcher, writer, and sought-after speaker, delivering talks on AI in Education, teaching strategies, leadership, pedagogy, and research. He has authored stories in fiction, science, and children’s literature and has conducted various studies across multiple areas of education.
