Founder

The Founder of the Institute of Teachers’ Training Center Inc. (ITTCI) is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) with a Master of Arts in Education, major in Educational Administration, and Doctor of Education (EdD), major in Educational Administration (Completed Academic Requirements). He is a researcher, college instructor, and Department of Education teacher, with extensive experience in both basic and higher education. He actively serves as a peer reviewer and editorial board member in various academic journals, contributing to the advancement of scholarly research and publication standards. As a published author, he has produced several research papers in reputable journals, with research interests centered on education, leadership, policy, and professional development. Guided by academic excellence and service-oriented leadership, he established ITTCI to provide quality, accessible, and competency-based training programs that empower educators, teacher applicants, and education professionals.
