About me

I'm a retired United States Navy Master Chief Petty Officer who lives in a life-plan community with my Shiba Inu. I enjoy assembling puzzles at night before bedtime to relax and forget about life's challenges. I try various new hobbies; the ones I like, I keep doing, try to learn everything about, and attempt to become proficient. Puzzling is one of those hobbies. 

About 'It's Puzzling'

There are many websites about jigsaw puzzles, and many of them present useful information, but most have ties to manufacturers or retailers. There is nothing wrong with this, but the information is limited and difficult to find. This site sells nothing and has no ties to manufacturers or retailers; it is just a repository of all the useful information I have learned and have been able to find about puzzling. There are no ads, images, or videos, just information.
