FLEXIBLE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
LESSON 1: Online Distance Education and Communities of learners
LESSON 2: Online Resources, Educational Sites and portals
To me, distance education is a form of learning that is delivered through communication rather than face-to-face with a teacher. In a flexible learning environment, the teacher is no longer seen as a provider of knowledge, but as someone who knows how to guide students to get on the truck to find answers to questions The work can be handled in two ways: synchronous and asynchronous online distance learning, giving you the flexibility to see the scope of your course.
Thinking about a flexible way of learning shows how it helps both students and teachers. It lets students learn in their own way, fits different styles, encourages working together, uses technology easily, helps with problem-solving, and makes students feel confident. Teachers keep getting better at teaching. So, flexible learning gives personalized, collaborative, and tech-friendly education, getting students ready for the real world
