Lock/Unlock ID Card

Lost and Found Cards

If you have (maybe temporarily) lost your ID card, you can report it "Lost" and immediately lock the card, preventing misuse. You may report the card lost on the GET Mobile App or through a desktop/mobile browser by logging in at http://get.cbord.com. The card can also be reported as "Found". A "Lost" ID card can not be used for dining or door entry and can prevent misuse, especially outside of normal business hours.  Reporting your card "Found" reactivates it without having to print a new ID card. Installation of the GET Mobile app is covered in GET Mobile App - Update Photo and GET Mobile - Add Funds.

On the GET app, tap the Settings (gear) icon to access the "Report card as lost" option. On desktop/mobile browser, you should see I Lost My Card under QuickLinks on the right.

You will be asked to confirm that you want to report your card lost. Though the screen implies that you will need to contact the card office to report it found, you can later report the card found in the same fashion. After confirming that your card is lost, the card will immediately stop working for dining and will stop working in swipe locks in an hour or less.

If you locate your ID card, you can also report your card "Found". The process is the same as reporting it "Lost" and your card should reactivate immediately for dining and within the hour for door access.
