When can I access my online timecard?

You will be notified via email when your timecard becomes accessible for the first time. Federal regulations on workstudy are fairly strict and students are not allowed to work until the first day of classes. We will often release the first-year students a little early simply so students and supervisors can get in touch and get to know one another. Returning students will typically be processed on the first day of classes and no earlier. So, if your timecard lists no positions and classes haven't begun yet, be patient.

If classes have already begun and it is your first year working, check your email for a notification that you need to fill out employment paperwork. All employees are required to present proof of employability and complete an I-9 and W-4.

If you have previously completed paperwork, a few days have passed and you have not received notification, please contact Financial Aid.
