Create a new Teams meeting. You can do this within your Microsoft Outlook calendar or via Microsoft Teams calendar
In Outlook, make sure that the turn on "Teams Meeting" is enabled
Send the invite to your participants
The audio dial in number is automatically added to the meeting invite

From the meeting invitation link you were sent, in the Dial in by phone section < dial the conference phone number (see image below).
Enter the conference ID and the pound (#) symbol.
If you are the meeting organizer you will be prompted to select the star (*) symbol. Then you will be prompted to enter your PIN followed by the # symbol. Make sure you have your PIN readily available.
If you are an attendee, continue to wait.
After the tone, you will be prompted to record your name followed by the # symbol.
Next, you will be joining the meeting but the meeting organizer will need to admit you in the meeting. Once they do, you will be in the meeting.
When starting a meeting, if you are the meeting organizer and you are the first person to join and you join by phone (not via the Teams app), you will be required to enter you PIN. This PIN is unique to you and you want to keep this PIN confidential and not share it with anyone.
To reset your pin, make sure you are logged into Office 365
Go to this link: https://dialin.teams.microsoft.com/usp/pstnconferencing
Click the Reset PIN button
You will not receive another email with your new PIN, so make sure your PIN is a number that you will remember.
You can also reset your pin in one of the meetings your created on your calendar. Click the reset dial-in PIN link and follow the steps to reset your PIN.
