Junk Email Filter/Folder in Outlook

The junk email filter/folder within Outlook is where you will find email messages that Microsoft classifies as spam.

Within Outlook, there is a Junk Email folder. By default, Outlook has this setting turned on and the protection level is set to No Automatic Filtering.  You can adjust these settings to fit your needs by viewing the linked documentation.  Curious on how Microsoft Outlook filters email?  View documentation on how Outlook filters email messages to the junk email folder.

Manually marking an email as junk

If you are still getting emails that should be moved to the junk email folder, you can manually move it to the jink email folder.

When you manually move a message, this does not apply to other future email messages from the same sender. Instead, consider adding the sender on your blocked sender list
