FedEx uses a software-as-a-service (Saas) model for its operations. FedEx has partnered with Oracle for its cloud applications. It has moved its account receivable systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Migration to the cloud has helped FedEx lower its costs, and expand finance and revenue capabilities. FedEx has standardized more than 220 operations by using more than 40 Oracle cloud applications.
