Conclusions

In this final project, we tried to cover every aspect of FedEx in the form of a Google site.

The site contains a brief view of FedEx, its Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, and IT portfolio.

From package processing to package delivery, the company has digitized each and every step in such processes.

FedEx knows the value of data, therefore turned down to use the cloud technology. The company tried to make its systems more secure from cyberattacks by investing more in cyber security and digital transformation projects.
