You can easily take clear photo of any physical copy of document to submit. Students are strongly encouraged to
upload the income document at the online bursary application, or
upload additional/updated income document at http://tinyurl.com/cessvfilesubmit when unable to add to submitted bursary application.
Submission of hardcopy document would posed inconveniences to both student (physical trip to the Centre) and staff (retrieve from Dropbox and search NRIC in system) which would delay the process for us to verify the bursary application soonest possible.
The ITE school fees are charged by per term of 6 months.
If you are a Singaporean Citizen and have declared your household income with GHI ≤ $3,000 or PCI ≤ $750, your tuition fees will be waived conditionally. You will only need to pay for the supplementary fees of $18 (additional GHSI(Healthcare) of $13 for Nursing and Paramedics students) upon matriculation, and need to submit the bursary application as soon as possible. If the verified household income is indeed GHI ≤ $3,000 or PCI ≤ $750, you do not have to top-up the fees.

We would verify your bursary application as soon as possible. If you meet the eligible income criteria (GHI ≤ $4,400 or PCI ≤ $1,100), you will receive an email approval letter within 2 - 4 weeks after the submission of bursary, stating the following conditions:
The validity period of the subsidy;
The submission timeline for claims within 1 month of purchase; and
The subsidy is only valid for active student in a full-time ITE course at the time of claim.
