Bursaries

Students who meet the eligibility criteria may receive a bursary up to $1,600 in quantum for each academic year of study.

Opportunity Fund (OF-PC)

Students who meet the eligibility criteria may purchase subsidised IT Device or to claim reimbursement on the cost price.

Additional Financial Assistance

Needy student (with GHI ≤ $3,000 or PCI ≤ $750) who has received a bursary may request for financial assistance through Class Advisor.

Assessment is based on eligibility, conduct, attendance, and subjected to availability of funds and management approval. Find out more here.

PayNow & GIRO

Students will receive payments (course allowances, bursaries, reimbursement claims, financial assistance etc) from ITE via PayNow. 

Please register Student's NRIC number at PayNow of your bank account.

ITE Concession EZ-Link Card

Students will be issued with a Student Concession card for identification purpose and allows concessionary travel on public buses & trains.

New students are required to submit a recent photo here.

Locker

Students may apply for a locker located at Technology/Business Blocks. Upon allocation of location, student may use the locker until the end of the academic year and may re-apply at the start of their 2nd year. Please apply via the Student Portal.

Uniform

Students must be properly attired in ITE uniforms while in College and at all ITE-organised events. Uniforms are available for sale at JCS@EAST retail outlet (Business Block, unit B01-15). Click here to see the different uniforms.

Income Declaration Form

• If working family member is unable to provide an official income document which can show regular income, please get the member(s) to fill up the Section A of the Income Declaration Form and upload at online Bursary Application.

• If total household income is $0 (no one in the family has an income), please get one parent to fill up the Section B of the Income Declaration Form and nd upload at online Bursary Application.

Endorsement of External Bursary

If you need to get Principal's signature and/or College Stamp on your external bursary form, please follow the steps below

1. Get your Class Advisor to fill up relevant fields (such as Attendance, Conduct, Grades etc) as required on the form

2. Drop off the completed form into the Dropxbox at Student Services Centre

3. Wait for the officer to contact you to pick up the form when the form has been endorsed

Free Software

• ITE Email: Log in to ITE Student Portal click on the "myEmail" icon. Student's ITE email address and initial password will be listed.

• Office 365: Students are allowed to install the full Office applications on up to 5 PC/Mac laptop/computer for free. Click here for more details.

• Adobe suite (available for selected courses only): Go to Adobe.com, click on Login. Log in using your ITE Email and password (For students of specific courses only. Please check with your course teacher)
