🧩 Building Community, One Member at a Time

The ISUISU Membership Team plays an essential role in expanding and strengthening the organization’s community. From recruiting new country representatives to organizing orientation and internal events, the team ensures that ISUISU remains inclusive, informed, and united.

Working closely with the ISRs and OICA, the Membership Team maintains active communication with members, supports smooth onboarding, and fosters a welcoming space for cultural exchange and collaboration within ISUISU.

What We Do:

• Recruit & Onboard Members
  Collaborate with OICA to welcome representatives from new countries and provide materials for students interested in joining ISUISU.

• Organize Internal Engagements
  Plan and manage internal events such as Freshmen Orientation and general assemblies, including refreshments and logistics.

• Maintain Member Records & Awareness
  Update the ISR wall, organize member lists, and keep everyone informed of tasks and deadlines for effective participation.

With a background in Intelligent Tourism and Hospitality Management, she brings warmth, organization, and a people-first mindset to her role.

From recruiting new members to organizing orientations and keeping everyone connected, Lysanna ensures that every student feels welcomed and informed — helping ISUISU grow as a vibrant, diverse, and united organization.
