Appointed by the President, the Executive Secretary is responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing key documentation, and keeping communication channels clear and up to date.

From monitoring and certifying meeting minutes to handling confidential data, the Secretary ensures all information is properly managed and preserved. With their presence at every significant event and program, they help keep ISUISU organized, informed, and ready for what's ahead.

What We Do:

Maintain Records & Documentation
Keep minutes, official documents, and digital content organized and accessible, ensuring proper certification and secure storage of sensitive information.
Organize Calendars & Internal Communication
Draft the organization’s calendar of activities and share timely updates on ISUISU programs, events, and happenings.
Oversee Organizational Presence
Attend major ISUISU events and initiatives, monitor the flow of information, and ensure key moments and milestones are recorded accurately.

With her background in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Audrey brings hospitality-standard organization and interpersonal care to the team. From certifying meeting minutes to managing sensitive internal data, she ensures that our internal communication remains seamless and our records are always up to date.

Introducing Jacky, the External Affairs Secretary of ISUISU! Representing Taiwan, Jacky serves as the vital bridge between ISUISU and the world outside. He manages our relationships with administration and other student organizations.

Drawing on the precision of his Finance background, Jacky handles the logistics of external communication and formal partnerships with strategic clarity. Whether he is coordinating with university officials or managing outreach for collaborative programs, Jacky ensures that ISUISU’s external presence is professional, influential, and well-represented.
