What you can expect from ISPW 2026
ISPW exemplifies a community of practice — a strong culture of regular engagement that fosters social learning through participants' shared contributions.
Our programming is predominantly initiated, created and presented by our conference attendees — parallel sessions, which include Short Oral and Poster Presentations and Workshops.
The plenary sessions will focus on the expanding scope of pharmacy practice in Ireland and the scope of pharmacy-led, person-centred practice internationally.
ISPW 2026: 28th June - 2nd July
The Welcome Reception will offer a relaxed atmosphere to kickstart the conference in the stunning Aula Maxima, UCC on the evening of Sunday 28th June 2026 - take the chance to catch up, make plans, and set the stage for a productive gathering.
On Tuesday afternoon, you can Choose your Own Adventure with options for touring University College Cork, a local pharmaceutical company, or taking in what Cork city has to offer.
Join us for the highlight of the academic conference — a Gala Dinner at the fabulous Kingsley Hotel on the banks of the River Lee on Wednesday, 1st July 2026. This will be an evening designed to celebrate knowledge, connections, and scholarly achievements whilst also soaking up the Irish craic and ceol (fun and music!) with friends.
