1.) In-Person Library Access
This library service offers students and faculty to use the library building for research purposes.
How to avail:
Sign on the log sheet near the entrance of the library then deposit belongings (except wallet, cellular phones, and other valuable things) on the baggage area/counter.
Follow health protocol inside the library.
2.) In-Person Circulation Service
This library service offers students and faculty to personally come to the library and borrow library materials for home use.
How to avail:
Sign on the log sheet near the entrance of the library then deposit belongings (except wallet, cellular phones, and other valuable things) on the baggage area/counter.
Proceed to the section where the book you need is located.
Fill up the book card on the back page of the book
Proceed to the circulation desk for proper checking out of the book.
Reminders:
Books can be borrowed for overnight.
In returning the borrowed books, follow step 1 then proceed to the circulation desk for proper checking in. Afterwards, drop the book on the drop box near the circulation desk.
3.) Renewal Service
This library service allows students to request an extension to hold the book they borrowed for another 1 night provided that these are not needed by another clients.
How to avail:
Bring with you the borrowed book
Sign on the log sheet near the entrance of the library then deposit belongings (except wallet, cellular phones, and other valuable things) on the baggage area/counter.
Proceed to the circulation desk for proper renewing of the book.
4.) Computer Access
This service offers limited use of the computers for research from the internet.
How to avail:
Sign on the log sheet near the entrance of the library then deposit belongings (except wallet, cellular phones, and other valuable things) on the baggage area/counter.
Present your library card then fill up the internet log sheet
After researching, inform the librarian then write your time-out on the internet log sheet.
5.) Reference Service
This service helps the library patron to get access to the information that they need.
How to avail:
In-person:

Proceed to the librarian's desk for inquiry.

6.) Current Awareness Service
This service aims to inform clients about the latest acquisitions, developments, and other relevant information updates in the library through the ISPSC Candon library website, Facebook account, and Facebook page.
How to enjoy:
Visit the library website regularly.
Like and follow the Library FB page/account and visit regularly.
7.) Referral Service
If the required information source is not available at ISPSC Candon Library, the clients are referred to other libraries where the needed information may be available. And when a client (ISPSC Candon Campus students, faculty, and staff) wishes to go to other libraries/institutions to supplement their research should secure a "REFERRAL LETTER" from the librarian.

Proceed to the librarian's desk.
Present your library card then fill up the referral request form.
Wait for your referral letter to be encoded.
Reminders:

8.) Orientation
This library service is given to all First Year and transferee students during the first term of the school year. It covers a discussion of library rules and regulations, policies and procedures, different library services, and areas of the library.
