Maintaining a Healthy Device
Here are a few tips to keep your device at peak functionality:
Restart your device (at least) once a week. In order to install many critical updates and fixes. Both laptops and desktops require occasional restarts.
Shutdown your device at night. Sleep mode, while a low power mode, does not allow the device to fully shut down and clear out its caches. Shut Down at least once every few days.
If you run into an error screen or problem, take pictures. Tech support can only help you if they have accurate information (pictures always help!)
