Screen Shot and Page Captures
How To Take a Screen Shot
For static images utilize the built in Print Screen function on both desktops and laptops
Make sure the image you wish to capture is presently on your device's screen.
Hold the blue Fn key (located in the lower left of the keyboard) and press the blue Print Screen button. Depending on the device it may be abbreviated PrtScr and varies in location, but is generally towards the top near the number keys.
You will then take the stylus tool and click-and-drag to surround the entirety of your capture.
Let go of the left click and select how you want to save the image (I recommend "Save as" and selecting your local documents or pictures folder).
Screen Recording- Using Zoom
Open zoom and start a new meeting.
Disable your video but join with computer audio
Click "record" and then choose "Share screen" and choose what you want to record.
After recording click "Stop sharing" and then "end the meeting for all"
Zoom will then display a save window and show you the saved video file in folder.
