Need Tech Assistance?
Our technology support team is available to provide assistance with district-issued devices, software, and peripherals. When requesting support, please include as much specific information as possible about your issue. Screenshots are always helpful as well, as they will assist our team in helping to diagnose and solve the problem you are having.
Please note: Support requests will be addressed as quickly as possible during business hours, based on severity, staff availability, and other factors. We appreciate your patience.
Older students are encouraged to enter support requests directly through our ticket system, through the link below.

Alternatively, any student needing support can contact their building support staff, located in the computer labs at Wing, CRES (2nd floor) and SES, room 119 at IMS, and room 134 at IHS.
