Read Me First!

The #1 solution to your tech problems, especially error messages, timeouts, crashes or other problems with the functionality of web-based systems we use every day:

  • Ensure you are using Google Chrome or Firefox

  • Clear your browser history completely

  • Log out of any systems you are still logged into

  • Shut down your browser completely

  • Restart your browser and try logging into whichever system was giving you trouble.

Now that you've read that, if you still have tech issues/questions, please send me an email with the following

  • A detailed description of the problem

  • Screenshots, if possible/appropriate

  • If it concerns a student, please include relevant student information, especially their ID #.

  • If you are contacting me on BEHALF of a parent and/or student, please be sure to ask THEM for details and screenshots you can send to me. Also be sure to properly redact student first names from any screenshots you send me.
