Abstract is a part of registration form. One full registration covers only 1 paper and 1 poster contribution. Each corresponding author can submit up to 1 oral and 1 poster contribution.

* Access to the technical sessions & plenary sessions, conference bag, book of abstracts, refreshments during breaks, and lunch (2). The registration fee does not include airfare, accommodation, or bank charges.

** A copy of a student enrollment card for 2025 is essential. 

Registration fee for non-scientist companions (spouses and/or family members) to attend the conference (including free access to coffee breaks and lunches) is 6000 DA. 

All payments should be made in Dinars (DA).

Accommodation Suggestion

For participants attending the ISBMRN 2025 seminar in Tipaza, we suggest booking accommodation at the Corne d'Or Tourist Complex, which will also serve as the main venue for the seminar. This seaside complex offers convenient access to conference facilities, comfortable lodging, and a pleasant environment conducive to both academic exchange and relaxation. Alternatively, several hotels in the city of Tipaza are available, ranging from budget-friendly to higher-end options, including C.E.T Tourist Complex , Hotel Ben Aouda, and Hotel Chenoua.

Please note that the organizing committee is not responsible for accommodation bookings or associated costs. Participants are kindly advised to make their reservations well in advance due to the tourist popularity of the region during that period.

Discount and Support for Algerian Students

A reduced registration fee is available for non-salaried Algerian students to encourage their participation in the ISBNRM 2025 seminar. Depending on the allocated budget and the number of applications received, partial or full financial support may be granted to a limited number of students.

Interested students must submit a written request to the organizing committee, explaining their academic status, the relevance of their participation in the seminar, and, if applicable, the title and ID of their submitted abstract.

All requests will be carefully reviewed, and decisions will be communicated as soon as possible.

Payment Details

Payment instructions and details will be communicated to participants after their registration has been accepted.

Visa Information

If you require a visa to enter Algeria, all necessary information will be made available on this website.

Important: Visa applications can take time to process. We strongly recommend that participants apply for their visa at least 3 months before their planned departure to Algeria.

If a visa is required, the seminar office will provide official letters of invitation once your participation (presentation or attendance) has been confirmed.

For security reasons, letters of invitation will only be issued to registered participants (presenters or attendees) with confirmed registration.

When requesting your letter of invitation, you will be asked to provide the following information:

• Full name (first name, middle name or initial, family name)

• Date of birth

• Passport number

• Copy of your passport

• Abstract submission ID number (if applicable)

• City where you will apply for your visa (Algerian embassy or consulate in your country of residence)
