We invite all authors to submit their contributions in accordance with the following instructions.
Abstract
Authors are invited to submit abstracts of up to 400 words by July 31, 2025 August 08 2025. Abstracts must be submitted electronically as part of the registration form (see the registration section for details). Submissions must be written in English and include the following elements:
Title of the paper
Full names of all authors
Affiliations and institutional addresses
Body of the abstract
Six relevant keywords
Please ensure that all requested information (including the presenting author's name, full list of authors, and institutional affiliations) is accurate and complete, as it will appear in the official abstract book and related materials. The abstract should provide a concise yet comprehensive overview of the research or topic, including its objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
Submission Format and Requirements
Abstracts must be prepared using the official template available on the conference website.
Submissions should be in Microsoft Word (.doc) format only.
Each abstract must not exceed one A4 page.
Only abstracts from participants who have completed registration and paid in full will be considered for publication.
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection.
Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines will not be reviewed.
Participants who wish to attend the seminar without presenting a paper are welcome.
