Why?
This unit is about you choosing something you would like to focus on to improve your confidence and ability in the pool. The focus should be something that you will need to work on for a series of lessons or sessions in the pool and that will take time and conversations and feedback to see progress.
How will you know you are being successful?
You will need to know your starting place. Next lesson we will film you in the water demonstrating the stroke or skill (or both) that you want to focus on. This gives us a piece of data for you to use and for your coaches to use to assist you in your growth. You may not see a lot of change over 11 lessons - it all depends on your goal and how you go about making some change on it.

Why?
To get our first films completed to allow us to have video evidence for our starting analysis and coaching conversations. You can choose to have lots of things filmed or just one specific thing - the choice is yours.
How?
We will film you side-view/ top view and end view in the pool so that we can collect as much data as yoyu would like. More is better than less.
What?
Today we will:
Sharing back and watching videos for analysis and conversation with Coaches.
Goals discussed and sessions devised around your conversations.
Students devise their own Warm ups.
Students devise their own Warm ups.
High Intensity Interval Training and learning about this form of training method.
