SUBMISSIONS
Submission Site: https://conference2023.isate.org/
Please upload your papers in the abstract submission system. Use the same email account that you used to create your abstract. Open your abstract and scroll to the bottom. Click on the button that says "+ Add another resource" to upload the file for your paper to your abstract. Finally, click on "Save".
** At this time, you may also make minor changes to your title and abstract to correct spelling and grammar, if needed. However, do not completely rewrite your abstract or your presentation may be rejected.
Paper
Please carefully read the directions in the Full Paper Template. Please use the submission site and attach your Word file to your abstract submission.

Poster
Poster size should be no larger than A0.
A0 or A1 is recommended. Your poster may be landscape or portrait.
Please save your Poster as a PDF. And then please use the submission site and attach your poster to your abstract submission.

Approval Certificate
In order to publish your paper/poster in the ISATE 2023 proceedings, we need you to complete an Approval Certificate and return it to us.

Paper Criteria for Paper Review
The importance of the paper review is not to eliminate papers, but to improve the quality of the papers. With that in mind, the paper reviews will be conducted similarly to the abstract review and here is the criteria.
Criteria:
Issue
The issue being researched is clearly stated.
課題:研究対象が明確に示されている。
Method
The research design and method is appropriate.
研究方法:研究計画や方法が適切である。
Interpretation
The interpretation of the research results is accurate and useful.
解釈:研究結果の解釈が正確で有用である。
Analysis
There is sound argument and analysis to support the interpretations.
分析:解釈の裏付けとなる論拠や分析がきちんとなされている。
Visuals
The tables and figures are clear, easy to understand, and support the information presented.
ビジュアル:表や図が明確で理解しやすく、提示された情報をサポートしている。
Conclusion
The conclusion describes implications for education theory, research and/or practice.
結論:教育理論、研究、実践への示唆を述べている。
Writing
The paper is well-written with few major mistakes.
ライティング:大きな間違いがなく、よく書けている。
Formatting
The paper is formatted correctly according to the template.
書式:テンプレートに沿った正しい書式で書かれている。
Recommendation
The paper needs “major rewriting”, “some rewriting”, or “minimal rewriting”.
推薦の言葉:この論文には、「大幅な書き直し」「多少の書き直し」「最小限の書き直し」のいずれかが必要です。
Advice
Use grammar checking software. You do not need to always change what it recommends you to change, but it is a good start to correcting many common grammar and spelling errors. The free versions are often enough for checking one paper.

Notes
In order to publish your paper/poster through ISATE 2023, at least one author of the paper/poster must attend the conference and present on the paper/poster.
All papers and posters will be published electronically in the conference proceedings after the conference. These proceedings will be open to the public. If there are any copyright or other conflicts that preclude publishing of your paper/poster on the ISATE 2023 website, we request that you resolve them on your own or withdraw your paper from the conference.
