PLT also known as Preliminary Leadership Training is a 5 day camp for new cadets to get a head start in JROTC and to get to experience the life of a cadet before they start the school year. These cadets will compete for honor squad and honor cadet, after they graduate the honor squad and honor cadet will be called, the honor cadet will be promoted to Private First Class.
