Registration Fees

Payment can be made through the following link https://ipayment.anm.gov.my, which will be activated for transactions starting January 2026.

Additional charge for indexing if your paper is selected and confirmed to be published.
In the event of cancellation or replacement, please email the Organizer for assistance.
Substitutions are allowed at no extra charge, but early notification is appreciated.
The Organizer reserves the right to make alterations to the program or find replacement speakers as deemed fit.

Important Note:

To secure your participation, immediate payment is required upon registration (except for Local Order).

Proof of payment (receipt/telegraphic transfer form, etc.) should be sent to irers@inspen.gov.my .

For student participants, please email your student ID to irers@inspen.gov.my .

All payments should be made free of banking charges.

For local participants, Cheque, Cash Deposit Machine (CDM), and Payment via Counter Bank are not allowed.
