The International Real Estate Research Symposium (IRERS) is a biennial event organized by the National Institute of Valuation and the Valuation and Property Services Department in Malaysia. Established in 2002, it has become a prominent international real estate conference. INSPEN, a reputable institute, leads the organization, garnering support from government agencies, universities, industry players, and associations. The program includes Plenary and Parallel Sessions, an Industry Forum, Academia Session, Poster Competition, and a Technical Visit. Notably, the symposium publishes selected papers in a Scopus-indexed journal.
