1. Where can I stay?

Please note that the University of Limerick is located outside the city of Limerick. For recommendations on where to book, please check "Venue"

2. I have additional access needs. What can IRAAL do for me?

At the time of registration, you will be prompted to write any additional access needs you may have. The Organising Committee will be in touch with you to discuss how we can best accommodate you. 

3. When can I register for the conference dinner?

Spaces for the conference dinner are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to attend the dinner, you must register and pay the dinner fee when registering for the conference. 

4. Is parking available at the University of Limerick?

Parking spaces will be extremely limited and we cannot accommodate requests. We recommend you arrive at the conference venue by alternative modes of transport. Some paid parking may be available. For more information see the "Venue" section.

5. When will the programme/schedule be published?

The conference programme will be available once registration closes after 25 September 2026. Find the programme at the "Programme" section. 

6. I am not a member of IRAAL but I wish to avail of the reduced fees. What can I do?

You can become a member of IRAAL via the following link: https://iraal.ie/membership-levels/. Please note that if you pay the reduced fee and are not a member of IRAAL, you will be required to pay the difference before attending. 

7. I am attending the Junior Research Meeting. What is my registration fee?

If you are an affiliate member of AILA attending the AILA-Europe Junior Research Meeting (JRM), please select the IRAAL Member fee (€75) at the time of registration. Please note that if you pay the reduced fee and are not a member of AILA, you will be required to pay the difference before attending.

8. Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the conference?

Unfortunately, refunds will not be possible. Please bear this in mind before proceeding to make your payment. 

9. Can I get a discount if I only attend one day?

Unfortunately, this type of discount is not available.
