IQAC Plan for 2020-21
The IQAC organised a number of workshops and expert interactions for the benefit of staff and students.
Due to the Covid19 pandemic, teaching- learning relied on use of online platforms. Three online courses were oranised to help school teachers adapt to technological platforms.
Workshops for inservice teachers on Activity Based Online Learning were organised in collaboration with Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, Mumbai.
Certificate Courses Conducted in 2020-21
A Two Credit Course in E Content Development was conducted by PUSHPADEEP(Pushpanjali's Dept for Extension Education Programmes). The course included Creation of Online Quizzes, Online books, infographics, thinglinks, interactive videos, interactive learning resources, digital worksheets and use of screen capture tools.
This two credit course helped to learn about Google Quiz, Google slides and Google documents for collaborative learning. Students learned about Answergarden and Padlet for discussions and also learned how to make blogs. This course, designed and developed by Dr.Agnes DCosta, was deployed using canvas.instructure platform.
A course on English Grammar was conducted for students of F.Y.B.Ed from 29 January to 12 Feb 2021. the course was designed and conducted by Dr Cerena D'Cunha, Asst. Professor St. Teresa's Institute of Education. The course aimed at ensuring complete understanding of the concepts of Grammar, use of correct spoken and written English and ability to self-correct when using English language.
