1. DIMENSIONS: up to 16 x 20 inch surfaces are acceptable for each round of the event
2. DEPTH: we ask that all surfaces are cradled to, or, less than 1.5 inches deep for uniform hanging
3. MATERIALS: if working on paper, you must bring clips for hanging. Due to limitations of space, and potential negative impact of movement on the other artists, artists may not work in 3D.
4. EASELS: Artists are to bring their own easels. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN EASEL PLEASE LET US KNOW before May 10.
5. SURFACE PREPARATION: no prior surface prep is allowed other than common practice (i.e. no imagery may be added in advance)
