Walk cycles are very important in animation. They are important not just because they are a common type of motion, but because they reinforce many of the 12 principles of animation you learned. Squash and stretch, arcs, overlapping action, follow through, timing, and weight all play big roles.
The goal of this project is to take what we learned about the walking cycle and create a simple animation where a character walks from one side of the screen to the other. Remember to incorporate what we have learned so far in Pencil2D about working with different bitmap and vector layers.
Your character must walk across the screen and not in place.
Your walking cycle should consist of 8 unique poses.
Your character should walk across the screen at a medium pace, at least two full (16frames) walk cycles to get across the screen.
Include a background for your character.
Your character can be a stick figure.
Bonus:
Add details to your character to give it more appeal and lifelike appearance
Save your animation out as a GIF
