Pencil 2D Camera: how to Move and Zoom a Background

Camera movements allow a filmmaker or animator to shift the audiences view without creating cuts. Specific types of camera movements can help the audience feel connected emotionally with a character. Camera movements can also make a scene more immersive or engaging. With Pencil2d we are able to use the camera layer to pan/tilt (move) and zoom into our animated scenes.
